Shipping method: Airfreight to the United States, followed by local delivery.

Your order is handled and delivered by our sales and delivery professionals. They will make every effort to meet your scheduled delivery time, assist with the setup of purchased products, provide relevant guidance, and demonstrate how to use them.

Shipping cost: Free shipping for customers.

Delivery Time

Delivery generally takes 7-10 business days.

We can arrange a delivery time based on your schedule and provide in-home setup and product demonstrations. Delivery and setup may typically take around 30 minutes, depending on the items ordered and the demonstration required.

Courier service is the only delivery method available through this shopping website.

Delivery by other companies is not accepted.

International delivery is not available.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after the goods have been dispatched.

If your order has not been shipped within one hour after it was placed, please contact customer service to request cancellation.

Please note that cancellations are not possible after shipment.

If we cannot contact you because the delivery address is unknown or you are absent for an extended period when the goods are delivered, the items will be returned to us.
