Credit Card Payments

As of the end of January 2025, “3D Secure authentication” is required for credit card transactions.

During payment, you may be asked to enter an ID and password issued by your card provider.

Important: For questions regarding authentication, please contact your financial institution directly. We are unable to assist with credential-related issues.

Usage Guidelines

Select your card type and enter the card number and expiration date at checkout.

Your card provider may request additional verification.

Saved cards used within the past six months do not require the information to be entered again.

Card information is retained for six months from the date of its last use.

Availability is subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned products.

If refund processing occurs during a scheduled payment period:

The payment may initially be charged.

The refund or credit will be applied during the next billing cycle.

Note: liodent.com does not charge interest on refund amounts, except where prohibited by applicable law.
